Hi, my name is Asia
I’ve been navigating the IT world since 2016. My journey has spanned everything from managing operations in both B2B and B2C sectors, to mastering the arts of online & offline marketing, developing new products, and even wrangling a team of introverted programmers.
My fascination with psychology, particularly the psychological nuances of decision-making and what really makes people tick, has always been at the forefront. I firmly believe that a standout website must cater not just to the explicit needs of its visitors, but also to their subconscious desires. In essence, a skilled web designer is part psychologist.
So, why did I choose to specialize in creating websites for women entrepreneurs? It’s simple. I’ve observed so many incredible women running businesses with immense passion, yet they often lack the confidence, knowledge, or time to bring their offerings to the wider world. Red Lipstick is my way of changing that narrative.
On a personal note, I’m an avid traveler (currently soaking up the beauty of Indonesia) and a relentless bookworm, constantly learning and evolving in my craft every single day. :)

Why Red Lipstick?
Donning red lipstick is a statement of courage, a willingness to stand out and challenge a complacent status quo. It’s a color favored by women of strength, signaling a clear message: you know what you want and are fearless in pursuing it. Are you ready to make that bold statement?
"To be irreplaceable, you always have to be different from everyone else."

Red Lipstick Manifesto
1.
Purpose
The primary purpose of a website is to sell – whether it’s a product, service, idea, or anything else you want to showcase to the world.
2.
You are unique
Stand out and be bold, show the world who you are. Identify and highlight your strengths. Remember, you are unique; there’s no one quite like you!
3.
Words have power
Words shape reality. Eliminate clichés and meaningless phrases from your language. Speak as if you’re conversing with a friend.
